ACCESS FLOOR
Nowadays, access floors have become an indispensable
basic element for the development of state-of-the-art workplaces, that
require an easily and fully accessible plenum for the housing of
cables and services. Such a solution affords smooth and quick
installation of services and utilities (power lines, lighting, fluid
lines, telephone cables, information technology, and so forth).
The raised access floor is one of the elements
that gives the greatest flexibility to the modern working
environment. The new computer and data transmission technologies,
already present in almost every office, have to be easily inserted
without changing the structure and the original aesthetic appearance
of the rooms.
The cavity of the modular access floor allows a quick
installation of personal computers, workstations and calculators
without stopping the normal daily activities. It is a precious space
accessible from any point and where can be set the electric,
telephonic and transmission implants. Furthermore, it can be used as
a canalization for the air conditioning one.
Born for calculation centres, the raised access floor has a wide
range of application in all that industrial sectors where computers
are normally used.

-BUILDING
STRUCTURES: They are the load-bearing
element of access floors, making it possible to raise the floor from a
minimum of 8 cm to over 100cm. Structure entirely made of steel,
versatile in fulfilling various purposes with or without stringers. If
required, it is possible to connect to the same support column various
types of stringers, depending on the required load -bearing capacity.
TF3/SA
Stringerless substructure for normal loads.
Application of the TF3/SA stringerless structure is possible only
using 30 mm thick panels with underlying steel plate or with 40 mm
thick panels. It is suitable for open space offices and in rooms
where the floor height must be low.

TF3/ST1
Substructure with light stringers, omega shape 18 mm.
Application of the TF3/ST1 structure is possible only using 30 mm
thick panels with underlying steel plate or with 40 mm thick panels.
It is suitable for light or medium loads.

-PANELS:
modular panels come in standardized sizes measuring 600 x 600 mm; if
required they can be produced in different dimensions. they are simply
placed on the structure, one against the other, thereby forming the
new walking surface. They are made of various materials and come in
different thicknesses. they can be combined with different support
structures and coverings and fully meet both the functional and
aesthetic requirements of all sorts of environments (wood and resins
panels - W, composite panels - M and panels
in inert material - S. Coverings are the upper finishing of panels.
They form the new walking surface and create the aesthetic result
required in the design stage.
The top side can be completed with a large range of different
coverings, every technical and aesthetic request can be satisfied in
any environment and there are no limits to the application on the
panels of every kind of finishing.
Without modifying the characteristics of the panels, the
coverings can be realized in the following versions:
- Antistatic plastic laminates
- Antistatic or conductive homogeneous PVC
- Linoleum
- Flat or blistered rubber
- Moquettes (non woven, Velours...)
- Modular moquettes
- Natural or artificial marbles and granites
- Natural or artificial parquets
The range of coverings is supplemented by special execution on
given drawings and particular materials such as ceramics (only with
specific panels) and natural stones.
According to the destination and the use, all the coverings have
reaction to the fire Class 1 (Italian measurement) and various
values of antistaticity.
